We have a 15-day return and replacement policy, which means we will replace any product, if necessary, within 15 days of purchase.
HAIR EXTENSIONS
If any issues arise with your hair extensions, please reach out to our team within 15 days of application to be considered eligible for a replacement. In the event that a batch fault with the hair is present, it should be noticeable within 15 days of wear.
To initiate the replacement process, we will work with you to determine appropriate compensation to fix the issue. Please keep in mind that if issues arise within 15 days of wear, the hair must be sent back to us at the customer's expense. Once received, we will assess the hair and reach out to you promptly.
Please note that Millennial Hair Extensions does not provide refunds for any hair extension purchases. However, we are more than happy to discuss replacement options if necessary.

ACCESSORIES AND EQUIPMENT
To be eligible for a return, your accessory or equipment item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt and proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at team@millennialhair.com.au. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 25 Glenn Vista Place, Chevallum, QLD 4555 (please note: all returns are done at the customers' cost).
Once received, we will evaluate the product, and if accepted, we will process your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and correct it if necessary.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Millennial Hair Extensions do not offer exchanges or refunds for a change of mind or purchase of the wrong colour, length or product.
Refunds
Please note that Millennial Hair Extensions does not provide refunds for any hair extension purchases. However, we are more than happy to discuss replacement options if necessary.
If you are wanting to discuss a refund on an accessory or equipment purchase, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
